Privacy policy

AudioGameAccess has no advertising, does not track you outside the game and sells no data.

Offline

Nothing leaves your device. The game keeps your settings, your saved games and a technical log that helps fix problems there. This log is sent to no one.

Online

To play online, you create an account. Our server then keeps:

• your player name, your email address and your password, stored in a form that cannot be read back. Your email address is only used to confirm your account, to recover your password and to answer you. Other players never see it;
• your private messages, to deliver them;
• your friends list, the players you block and the reports you make;
• your scores for the leaderboards, and the online games you save.

Voice chat goes through our server live and is never recorded. Messages written at a table are not kept.

When you send feedback from the game, it reaches us by email with your address, so that we can answer you.

Your connection's IP address is used to limit password attempts. It also appears in the server's technical log, kept 14 days for its security.

The server is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Your data is never shared, unless the law requires it.

Statistics

To understand how the game is used and how many players it has, our server notes, for online play only:

• your visits to the casino: when they begin and when they end, your system (Windows, Mac or iPhone), the game's version and its language;
• your country, worked out from your IP address when you connect; the address itself is not kept for this;
• the tables you create and the games you start: which game, with how many players and bots.

These notes are linked to your account's number, never to your name. The AudioGameAccess team only receives a summary of them, in overall figures, without any player's name. Nothing is noted for offline games.

These notes are erased after 13 months. The server's encrypted backup copies contain them too, for 30 days at most. They are used neither for advertising nor to follow you elsewhere, and are never sold or shared. The reason: our legitimate interest in understanding how the game is used, to improve it.

The country comes from the IP to Country Lite database by DB-IP (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, from the game: at the casino, open My account, then Delete my account. Your account is then erased, with your private messages, your friends, your scores and your saved games. A report made by you or about you remains, without your name. The statistics about you remain too, with no link to you any more.

Children

Online play is not meant for children under 13.

This website

This website keeps the language you choose in a cookie in your browser, for a year, to open the right page on your next visit.
